Hello everyone, welcome back!
Today, we are talking about the workshops at UP House.
During work ordered day, members work hard to run the clubhouse, but we do have workshops that help improve members' wellness. All UP House members are welcome to join, and a lot of the workshops are animated by members who are expert in the field.
Enjoy listening!
The workshops as of August 2018 include the following;
Monday afternoon: Photography workshop with ALex (cancelled during summer)
Tuesday afternoon: Philosophy club, Chair Yoga with Suzanna
Wenesday afternoon: Baking group for snack bar (Once in 2 weeks, please call before you come to participate)
Thursday: AM, walking group before lunch, PM, Radio UP , Knitting& Crochet group
Friday: AM, French & English conversation group, PM, Music group
