Hello everyone!

Next Wednesday, October 10th is this year's World Mental Health Day with a theme, Young People and Mental Health in a Changing World. 

So Radio UP team talked about " If you could meet your younger self, what would you like to tell yourself? " These are in a way messages to young people out there who are going through the same sort of uncertainty, fear, hope, and ambition.
