This week, from May 7 to May 13th is a Mental Health Awareness Week, an annual event promoted by Canadian Mental Health Association.

For us, every day is mental health awareness day, and it is important to spread the words about the importance of taking care of one's mental wellness as well as our friends and family's. We hope that the awareness week will help spread the words and decrease stigma assosiated with mental illness!
