Today's episode is about the Quebec comfort food, Poutine!  It seems like poutine has been more and more known and getting popular outside of Quebec these days. Members are talking about what the right poutine should be, and what they like etc. Mind you, it is not a healthy food, and there are people who do not like it as well.
